PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (Sports Network) -- Peter Lonard's win at the Australian PGA Championship moved him up 40 positions to world No. 59 and John Bickerton's victory at the Alfred Dunhill Championship gave him a bump of 93 places to 161st in the latest world rankings.

Further up in the rankings, there were few changes.

Tiger Woods, of course, remained No. 1 and was followed again by Phil Mickelson, Jim Furyk, Steve Stricker and South African Ernie Els. Justin Rose of England moved up one place to sixth, dropping Australian Adam Scott to seventh, while Padraig Harrington of Ireland remained eighth.

K.J. Choi of Korea moved up to ninth, kicking Vijay Singh of Fiji down to 10th, and South African Rory Sabbatini held onto his position at 11th.

Spaniard Sergio Garcia and Australian Geoff Ogilvy flip-flopped spots from a week ago, with Garcia moving up to 12th, while Angel Cabrera of Argentina, Zach Johnson, Henrik Stenson of Sweden, Luke Donald of England, Aaron Baddeley of Australia, Trevor Immelman of South Africa and Niclas Fasth of Sweden rounded out the top 20.

With the LPGA Tour in the midst of its offseason, there weren't any changes to the top of the women's world rankings.

Top-ranked Lorena Ochoa of Mexico was followed by Australian Karrie Webb, Annika Sorenstam of Sweden, Suzann Pettersen of Norway, Cristie Kerr, Paula Creamer, Juli Inkster and Koreans Ji-Yai Shin, Mi Hyun Kim and Se-Ri Pak to complete the top 10.

Jeong Jang of Korea, Morgan Pressel, Momoko Ueda of Japan, Jee Young Lee of Korea, Stacy Prammanasudh, Brittany Lincicome, Ai Miyazato of Japan, Sakura Yokomine of Japan, Seon-Hwa Lee of Korea and Shiho Oyama of Japan rounded out the top 20.
