Countdown to the Callaway Golf Senior PGA Professional National Championship reaches 24 days

The Callaway Golf Senior PGA Professional National Championship will be contested Oct. 18-21, 2007.

In just 24 days, the Callaway Golf Senior PGA Professional National Championship is set to produce exciting golf Oct. 18-21, 2007 at The PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, Fla. The Wanamaker and Ryder Courses will be used to host the 264-man field that consists of the top PGA Professionals who are at least 50 years of age.

Several past Champions are set to compete, including Bob Irving (1995) of Sarasota, Fla., Roger Kennedy (1992, '94) of Stuart, Fla., Ed Sabo (2000, '01) of Tequesta, Fla. and Mike San Fillippo (2002, '05) of Hobe Sound, Fla.

The winner of the Callaway Golf Senior PGA Professional Championship will have his name inscribed on the Leo F. Fraser Trophy and will receive a first-place check for $20,000 from a total purse of $285,000.
