Adams Golf (OTCBB: ADGO) has expanded its 2003 product line with the introductions of two new club sets: the Idea a1 Hybrid and Idea a1 pro Hybrid.

The Idea hybrid Irons, company officials said, are a combination of its i-Woods -- hollow back and cavity back clubs integrated and designed to work together -- and are extensions of Adams' Idea Irons introduced last year.

The Idea a1 set, according to Adams, is designed with classic game improvement elements that will help all golfers, including the better player. Rounding out the offering is the Idea a1 pro set, which the company said allows the better player to work the ball yet still benefit from hybrid technology.

Features of the new Idea a1 Hybrid set are include a 3 i-Wood that replaces a traditional 3 iron; game improvement offset; and wide sole technology.

The Idea a1 hybrid set is an 8-piece set made up of 3 i-Wood, hollow back 4-, 5- and 6-irons, cavity back 7-iron/pitching wedge. Suggested retail price for the set is $449.99 (steel) and $499.99 (graphite).

Features of the new Idea a1 pro Hybrid set include a 2 i-Wood that replaces a traditional 2-iron, reduced offset and a thin top line, officials said.

The Idea a1 pro hybrid set is a 9-piece set made up of a 2 i-Wood, hollow back 3- and 4-irons, cavity back 5-iron/pitching wedge. The set carries a suggested retail price of $599.99 (steel) and $649.99 (graphite).
