Count Cutter & Buck (NASDAQ: CBUK) among those golf and sportswear companies that believe cotton is king. In Cutter & Buck's case, however, it's organic cotton.

To that end, the Seattle-based company is introducing a classically designed shirt it said is made almost entirely of organically grown cotton and aptly named "Integrity."

"We see our customers going beyond their desire for superior quality, comfort and style," said Cutter & Buck Chief Executive Officer Fran Conley. "They tell us they care about the natural environment and fair treatment for workers; we want to add value for them by responding to these interests."

The Integrity shirt, Conley said, addresses the "cultural creative" demographic nicely. The organically grown cotton shirt, according to Conley, is slightly more expensive (organic cotton is in limited supply and more costly) than its conventional cotton cousin, while its styling is an updated classic knit shirt.
