OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
The PGA Grand Slam of Golf Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 years or older, who have Internet access as of March 18, 2007, except employees, officers, directors, agents and shareholders (and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and household members (whether or not related)) of Turner Sports Interactive, Inc. and The PGA of America (collectively, the "Sponsors"), and their parents, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated entities (collectively, with the Sponsors, the "Sweepstakes Entities"). Void wherever prohibited by law. The PGA Grand Slam of Golf Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering the PGA Grand Slam of Golf Sweepstakes, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations ("Official Rules").

2. HOW TO ENTER:
Sponsors will conduct a national Sweepstakes encouraging participants to predict the winners of each of the four (4) major golf tournaments (the "Tournament(s)"). To register, participants should log on to www.pga.com and provide their name, address, phone number (with area code), and email address. Participants will then pick the players that they think will win each Tournament. Participants will also select two alternate players, in favorite order, for each tournament in the event that their first choice player either does not or can not play, in that particular Tournament. Participants must submit their predicted winners and alternate players for each Tournament before the following selection deadline listed for that Tournament ("Selection Deadline") in the chart below:

If the second round is not complete by the Selection Deadline due to rain or other reason, participants will have the opportunity to select proposed winners and alternates up until two (2) hours following the completion of the second round, whenever that occurs. Participants can register at any time during the Sweepstakes Period, but will only be eligible to make predictions for those Tournaments whose Selection Deadlines have not passed. No changes may be made to entries once submitted. Participants will receive one (1) entry into the PGA Grand Slam of Golf Sweepstakes only for a correct prediction of the winner of a specific tournament as reported on PGA.com ("Eligible Entry"). Each participant is limited to four (4) Eligible Entries. All predictions must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning entry. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, illegible, undelivered, inaccurate or delayed entries, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems which may limit or affect a person's ability to participate in the PGA Grand Slam of Golf Sweepstakes, whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing, electronic, network or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the PGA Grand Slam of Golf Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the PGA Grand Slam of Golf Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any PGA Grand Slam of Golf Sweepstakes-related materials. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or threats thereof, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsors' control, which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the PGA Grand Slam of Golf Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend the PGA Grand Slam of Golf Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsors reserve the right to award prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Notice of cancellation will be posted at www.pga.com.

3. HOW TO WIN:
Eligible participants who correctly select a winner for the designated Tournament ("Eligible Applicant") will be entered for a chance to win one (1) of the PGA Grand Slam of Golf Sweepstakes prizes. Four (4) tournament prize winners ("Tournament Prize Winners") and One (1) grand prize winner ("Grand Prize Winner") (collectively with the Tournament Prize Winners, the "Winners") will be randomly selected. The First Tournament Prize Winner will be selected after the completion of The Masters from all Eligible Entries received for The Masters. The Second Tournament Prize Winner will be chosen from all Eligible Entries received for The U.S. Open excluding the First Tournament Prize Winner. The Third Tournament Prize Winner will be chosen from all Eligible Entries received for The British Open excluding the First and Second Tournament Prize Winners. The Fourth Tournament Prize Winner will be chosen from all Eligible Entries received for The PGA Championship excluding the First, Second and Third Tournament Prize Winners.

The Grand Prize Winner will be chosen from among all Eligible Entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period including the First, Second, Third and Fourth Tournament Prize Winners on or about August 31, 2007 by an independent judging agency. If a Tournament Prize Winner is selected as the potential Grand Prize Winner, that Tournament Prize Winner will then have the option of forfeiting the Tournament Prize and accepting the Grand Prize or vice versa. In any case, an additional entry will be selected to win the prize forfeited by the Tournament Prize Winner. Eligible Applicants may only win once. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of Eligible Entries received in the PGA Grand Slam of Golf Sweepstakes. The decisions of the independent judging agency will be final and binding. The winners will be notified by phone; email and/or mail and must meet all eligibility requirements including the execution and delivery of all necessary releases.

4. PRIZES:

TOURNAMENT PRIZES
The First, Second and Third Tournament Prize Winners will each receive a four (4) day and three (3) night trip for two (2) to the PGA Learning Center in Port St. Lucie, Florida, at an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Ten Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($10,500 (3@$3,500.00)). The trip includes the following: (i) round trip coach class airfare for two (2) from the major metropolitan airport closest to respective Winner's hometown to a West Palm Beach, Florida area airport at Sponsors' discretion; (ii) standard double occupancy room accommodations (1 room) for three (3) nights at the PGA Village Hotel; (iii) Two and a half (2 1/2) days of golf school; and (iv) Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) for the respective Winner only. First, Second and Third Tournament Prize Winners must complete their trips by May 31, 2008, or otherwise forfeit any claims to such prizes. If any Winner resides within a 100-mile radius of Port St. Lucie, Florida, Sponsors reserve the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value.

The Fourth Tournament Prize Winner will receive a four (4) day three (3) night trip for two to the 2008 PGA Championship in Bloomfield Township, Michigan at an ARV of Two Thousand Fifty Dollars ($2,050.00). The trip includes (a) two (2) roundtrip coach class airfare tickets from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Winner's residence to a Detroit, Michigan area airport at Sponsors' discretion; (ii) double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) (one (1) room) at an official PGA hotel at Sponsors' discretion for three (3) nights (based on availability); (iii) two (2) Wanamaker club tickets; and (iv) Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) for Winner only. If the Fourth Tournament Prize Winner resides within a 100-mile radius of Bloomfield Township, Michigan, Sponsors reserve the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value.

GRAND PRIZE
The Grand Prize Winner will receive a 5 day/4 night trip for two (2) to the PGA Grand Slam of Golf in Bermuda ("Grand Slam of Golf Tournament"). The trip includes the following: (i) two (2) roundtrip coach class airfare tickets from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner's residence to a Bermuda area airport at Sponsors' discretion; (ii) round trip airport transfers between the airport and hotel in Bermuda; (iii) double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) (one (1) room) at the Fairmont Southampton for four (4) nights (based on availability); (iv) two (2) tickets to the Grand Slam of Golf Tournament; (v) opportunity for either Grand Prize Winner or guest to participate in the Grand Slam of Golf Tournament's pro-amateur event ("Pro-Am") October 16-17, 2007; (vi) three (3) days of hospitality breakfast and lunch for two (2); (vii) welcome reception; (viii) Champions dinner; and (ix) two (2) corporate gift packages. ARV of Grand Prize is Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00). Actual value of Grand Prize may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly provided for above, including additional ground transportation, additional meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs, other personal expenses and hotel charges incurred during the trip. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsors' agent on a carrier of Sponsors' choice and trip must be booked a minimum of forty-five (45) days in advance. Travel must take place between October 14, 2007 and October 19, 2007 or Grand Prize will be forfeited. Sponsors reserve the right to prohibit travel to any location for which the United States State Department has issued a Travel Warning or which is unlawful for travel from the United States. Sponsors are not responsible for any travel related delays or cancellations.

Total ARV of The PGA Grand Slam of Golf Sweepstakes is Sixteen Thousand Fifty Dollars ($16,050.00).

No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted by the Winners. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute for any reason whatsoever a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at their sole discretion. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsors. The Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes (if any) as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded. Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID, passport) prior to travel. All prize details are at Sponsors' sole discretion.

If any of the Winners, as described above, state that they cannot travel on the dates specified by Sponsors, Sponsors will disqualify that Winner and the independent judging agency will randomly select another Winner in accordance with these Official Rules.

5. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:
By entering the PGA Grand Slam of Golf Sweepstakes, participants grant Sweepstakes Entities and their designees the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, cities and states of residences, voices, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, notification or approval, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of the Sweepstakes Entities and all matters related to the PGA Grand Slam of Golf Sweepstakes, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity. Winners' travel companions must be legal US residents and of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least age 18) unless Winner is such guest's parent or legal guardian. Winners' travel companions (or, if a minor, Winner on behalf of travel companion) will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to ticketing. Winners may each be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, tax acknowledgment form and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release and return within five (5) business days of issuance of notification. Noncompliance within this time period or failure of potential winner to respond to a notification attempt within five (5) days of such attempt may result in disqualification and, at Sponsors' discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. If: (i) any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, (ii) a potential Winner declines his or her prize, (iii) the potential Winner is unable to travel on dates approved by Sponsors or (iv) a potential Winner fails to comply with any of the Official Rules as outlined herein, such potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing at the Sponsors' sole discretion. The Sweepstakes Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility and entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims, actions, demands and/or liability for injury, damage or loss whatsoever relating to or arising in connection with participation in the PGA Grand Slam of Golf Sweepstakes (regardless of the cause of such injury, damage or loss) and/or the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any of the prizes awarded (including any travel or activity related thereto).
