The Price is Right

The new CfD Driver from Innovex Golf Co. features a Cup Face Design that helps create a wider sweet spot to produce higher ball speeds for greater distance. Perhaps best of all is its price tag, only $199.95 with either a steel or graphite shaft.

The Innovex Golf Co. has launched its new CfD (Cup-Face Design) Driver in 10- and 12-degree versions, company officials have announced. The Innovex CfD Driver sells for $199.95 in both graphite and steel, and is available as a component at $159.95.

The driver features a Cup Face Design, which officials say helps create a wider sweet spot to produce higher ball speeds for greater distance, along with the ability to get more repeatable shots from contact on different points across the club face.

The face design relocates weight from the face toward the back of the club head, resulting in higher launch angles and lower spin rates.

The driver includes this Beta Titanium face that produces the maximum Coefficient of Restitution allowed by the U.S. Golf Association, officials said, as part of a 460cc club head made of forged titanium to maximize Moment of Inertia and improve accuracy.
