AMF Golf, a division Dynamic Brands, has created AMF Professional, a brand within the AMF Golf family that company officials said will feature a line of high-performance golf clubs, including woods, irons and putters. The division's initial product debut is a putter line featuring three models: the Pro Transfer Putter, the VMC Putter, and the Max Moment Putter.

Each AMF Professional putter model, according to the company, offers high Moment of Inertia (MOI), providing maximum forgiveness on off-center hits. AMF Golf said the Pro Transfer and VMC models, specifically, are designed with patented weight adjustment and weight shifting capabilities, allowing golfers to shift weight toward the heel and/or toe, modifying the weight balance to meet their needs, as well as change the overall weight for varying putting surfaces.

"High MOI putters and weight customizing capabilities are the major themes in our product designs, as our goal was to develop a line that maximizes performance, while allowing golfers to customize the overall weight and weight positioning based on preference and/or putting surfaces," said AMF Golf Business Manager Mark Zehfuss.

The Pro Transfer Putter, Zehfuss said, features a Twin Metal Momentum System, comprised of four interchangeable brass and anodized aluminum weights, enabling golfers to transfer total head weight of the putter from 350 grams to 437 grams. The Pro Transfer putter is also complemented by the AlignMass Interchangeable Weight Rails, which Zehfuss said run parallel to the target for easy alignment, while allowing golfers to adjust weight positioning.

By simply adjusting the brass and aluminum rods, Zehfuss said golfers can modify the weight balance on the putter to meet the needs of their putting stroke.

Available in right-handed models only, the Pro Transfer (suggested retail price $79.99) is offered in lengths of 34 and 35 inches and comes with a wrench and two sets of weights.

The VMC model is highlighted by a Variable Mass Cavity Design, with a precision cast, high-strength 6061 aluminum construction head. The VMC model was designed with three interchangeable brass weight cartridges enabling golfers to adjust head weight from 260 grams to 346 grams.

Zehfuss said this allows golfers to modify weight balance to meet the needs of their stroke and/or the green speeds. Additional features include the deep half-moon head design, allowing weight to be transferred from the middle of the head to the perimeter, ultimately creating a higher MOI and providing greater forgiveness on off-center putts.

Zehfuss said the VMC Putter has a triple-bend shaft that offers a clear view of the ball for proper hand positioning, while a dual aluminum polymer face provides the ultimate combination of accuracy, feel and distance control. Available in right-handed models in lengths of 34 and 35 inches, the VMC putter has a SRP of $59.99.

The Max Moment model, according to Zehfuss, features a High Density-enhanced MOI design for maximum heel-toe weighting. To accentuate the MOI, Zehfuss said high density metal is integrated into the extreme heel and toe of the head, and while it represents less than 30 percent of total head volume, it represents more than 50 percent of total head weight.

The putter also features a triple-bend shaft and Zehfuss said, polymer face insert to provide a soft, responsive feel. Available in right-handed models only, the Max Moment is offered in lengths of 34 and 35 inches and has a SRP of $49.99.
