Adams Golf has introduced its RPM Low Profile Fairway Woods, the latest extension of its PRM line of woods and drivers.
The new clubs are engineered with Adams' patented Upside Down Technology, which provides an increased Moment of Inertia (MOI) to prevent twisting, and a low-profile design that lowers the center of gravity. This combination makes for a club that company officials said is more forgiving, easier to hit and has a higher ball flight with better launch conditions than previous models.
The RPM Low Profile woods also feature a flared twin rail sole design that officials said reduces ground interference by 54 percent and provides more feel. The clubs also come in a variety of models, with weighting positioned in various spots around the club head to produce specific ball flight patterns.
The Standard model includes 28 grams of weight positioned low and back for a high launch, while the Draw model features 28 grams of weight positioned in the heel to promote a slight draw. And the RPM Tour model boasts 25 grams of weight positioned forward for low spin.
The right-handed Standard version of the RPM Low Profile clubs come in 3+, 3-, 4-, 5-, 7- and 9-wood, whilel the lefty versions come in 3-, 5- and 7-wood models. The men's Draw model comes in the same versions, while the Senior set includes 3-, 5-, 7- and 9-wood in right-handed models, and the Women's group includes 3-, 5-, 7-, 9- and 11-woods in right-hand models.
The RPM Tour clubs come in 13-, 14.5- and 16-degree right-handed models as well as a 14.5-degree left-handeed model.
The RPM Low Profile clubs carry a suggested retail price of $229.99 per club, while the RPM Tour clubs retail for $249.99 each.
